Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Deejay Jewelers. We trust you'll be thrilled with your new jewelry purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, an item as personal as jewelry, may not work out quite as expected. In that unlikely event, here's our No-Hassle Return Policy:
DeeJay Jewelers accepts return of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery date, within USA only. Merchandise may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit when returned with the tag attached, and received back in the same unworn, unused original condition as it shipped to you. All gift boxes, printed materials and Appraisal Certificates must be included with return.
Email your request for a Return Authorization within 30 days of receiving your jewelry by contacting us at returns@deejayjewelers.com, or call 800.627.0027 Mon - Fri 9 AM - 3:00 PM PST. We supply prepaid, insured return shipping labels. Merchandise must be shipped back using the provided label within 7 days of issuance, or the label will be void. Used merchandise is not refundable.
Merchandise is not refundable if used, modified or tag is removed. If you find, after wearing your new jewelry, that it doesn't work for you, please contact us directly. At our discretion, store credit may be issued for used returned merchandise, after it's been inspected.
No refunds for returns requested after 30 days from delivery date. No refunds on merchandise returned late.
Important: Do not ship to the return address on the original shipment packaging.
Returns are checked and processed within 7 business days of receiving. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
Only the original purchaser may request a return. If you received our jewelry as a gift, please contact your generous gift-giver to initiate a return, exchange, or modification.
